Levels?HELP

Hi All

I have 13 scenes and numerous MC's, how would I go about loading external 

movies into different levels.

I am somewhat confused(even after reading tutorials)on how to determine 

level#.

Also, what is the best way to load external movies so that when you view the 

first one the others are still loading?
