Lots of clip art packages have this.  I would think that Flash would have a

pretty easy time autotracing, or you could trace on manually, depending how

much detail you need.  Jim Curry offered a vector of the globe once.  What

exactly are you looking for, perhaps I or someone else on the list could find

it.
