FLASH: Effectively stopping a movie

[Olympic Health Management Systems]

I've been nearing completion of, basically, my first flash movie of any

substance. I'm having some problems, getting the last scene to stop and sit

until a button is activated. What is the most efficient way to do this? I

thought it was easily done with actions and a stop command. Perhaps I'm

missing something? Any help is appreciated. Sorry for the "newbie" content.
