Please forgive my unasked for opinion on your site. The site looks fantastic. I really enjoy the visual effects you've created as well as the overall style and design. What I don't like is that with as organized as your site is and with as much planning as you've obviously done, you've thrown it all in the trash with that flashing/changing/moving text with each button. To be perfectly frank, it was extremely difficult for my eyes to catch up with the text for long enough to figure out what any particular button may take me to. 

Sorry if the critique was unappreciated.
