Joost, to iterate once again as I forgot this part of your question.  You

cannot open a new window from flash.  You must get a new URL in an unseen

frame that when it loads, uses the OnLoad function to call a new window.

Yes you can specify wether it has a toolbar a menu and all the other things

you see . . . the only thing you cant get rid of is the title bar.   .  You

can have it open full screen as well for IE users which is nice but a bit

obtrusive.  You can also make it so if someone focuses on a window below it

and the window disappears, it will automatically refocus itself.  This means

the viewer must close it to continue their browsing of pages below pretty

much.  I found it handy for opening Real Player and keeping it in focus.

Some people freak cause they think its disappeared if its lost focus and

dont know to consult their task bar for it.   I love your question because

it was a major break through for myself to get all the answers to these
