FLASH: menus

Heyas,

Can anyone help me out with a step by step tutorial on making menus with

Flash.  I've tried breaking down the 'heirarchical' and 'track as' menus but

I can't understand how they were made. I'm particularly interestind in the

heirarchical one. I can get menus items to pop out on a click or roll over

but can't get them to retract so I presume I've done something wrong fairly

early on in the piece. Most of what I've done has been based on guess work

and my own interpretation of some things.

Also are there any sites around with tutorials with Flash? ie: on animation,

masking, menus, actions etc etc.
