I just saw this today ... impressive. Also 'Matinee' (www.matinee.co.uk) has

a fair amount of 3D objects rotating and spinning. Is this imported picts?

converted vectors? could someone enlighten this newcomer to Flash (Hi) on how

this is done.


I'll introduce myself .. Hi ...


I just started with Flash. I've been using Director for a year and a half.

Also been using all the other (and then some) high end programs. Flash is one

that is hard to grasp. I like programing with lingo and having control, I

find it hard to accept (or better, get used to) Flash's interface. I'm

excited about Flash, but coming from Director is tricky. I could open a Dir.

file and figure it out and see how certain things were accomplished ... I

opened the samples of Flash files, and it seemed like half the stuff was

hidden or imbedded and I couldn't pick it apart. But this list-serve is

great, I signed up to ask some questions and I checked my mail and 'BANG' two

of my questions were answered. I thought my questions would be old topics.


I was just wondering ... it seems all the subjects start with "FLASH:" ... is

this a "must do" for a subject header? Wouldn't, this being a Flash

list-serve, automaticaly make the topics Flash related?
