Depending on your project you might also consider using RealFlash, a
spinoff developed by Real Networks and Macromedia together. RealFlash
utilizes better sound compression than flash does, and generally has
better sync too. The downside to this unfortunately is that RealFlash
doesn't utilize the alpha channel effects found in Flash 3, and
producing the project requires "jumping through a few more hoops" as far
as scripting goes. If you are interested you can find everything you
