FLASH: diacritics on PC

Hi dudes,


Can someone tell me why I was reported some problems on diacritics types,

sorry, I work with french language ;-) when running my site on PC so the

last sentence "� tr�s bient�t" appears unreadable?

Got some workaround to fix this...?
