anyone know any good books for us newbies???

Anyone got suggestions on how i can get my ideas onto html hehe

i have gotten better in the past 2 days { much better} and am piecing it

together but have no clue where to start at in incoperating a fully

interactive flash site, i have a great opening animation but then cant figure

out how to go from there and bring in the animated buttons and the animate the

buttons so they highlight other areas of the page if that makes sense

any help would be greatly appreciated
