No Double Clicking in Flash.

You generally use Tell Target to go to a frame on another Timeline.

    such as from a Movie Clip to the main timeline.

If both animations are on the same timeline just use a Go to Action

without a Tell Target enclosure. It is best to use short Labels and use

a Go to Label.
