Subject: a little flash job - anyone interested?
WWWackies -
I have a client who likes to use Flash in her web based training materials.
I did her last Flash thing but am having a hard time getting around to this
latest one and I hate to keep one of my oldest clients waiting. I'm okay
with normal applications of flash, especially animation and stuff, but
would have a learning curve figuring out how to make this page work,
considering how infreqently I get to use Flash. So, I'm offering it up for
bid.
Warning: this is not a "fun" or creative flash job, nor will it be a very
high paying one (it will be a project rate, and isn't set yet) but the
client is fair, fast-to-pay, and so am I : )
Basically its a one page thing, with four "paragraphs" of text on the page.
Within each paragraph there will be 'hot spots' which need to have a
mouseover 'pop up' saying something. Clicking on each of the paragraphs
will refresh that individual paragraph image to a new paragraph image, with
updated text. The idea is to show 1) what is wrong with certain phrases or
pieces of the overall text (split into those four paragraphs) and then 2)
click on each paragraph and it loads a new, rewritten-properly paragraph.
The client is conducting training on proposal writing, and her students
will log into this page with her through some arrangement, and go through
the process of seeing whats wrong with the proposal, and how it should be
better stated.
I'm open to suggestions on another way to implement this, but it should be
Flash
Please contact me directly if you are interested, and send along urls to
any samples of flash work you did yourself. Also, if you have questions, I
can be reached at 518-462-2630 or by email. I would like to have an answer
for her by Monday
Thanks
