FLASH: sound problem

forgive my newbieness,


I have a sound toggle button that doesnt toggle the sound...

It goes off but doesnt  come back on.

My teacher said that it should automatically toggle...

is it a simple process or should I read masses of tutorials ?


Any help will be greatly appreciated...
