FLASH: .DXF files

Hi, I am a new user to Flash and I am in need of some help. I am trying to

import a .DXF file from a AutoCAD R14 3D mesh model that I created. This

file was exported as a AutoCAD R12 file, thinking that R14 would not be

recognized yet in Flash3. Flash does not return with an error when I import

the file, but it will not import the file. It seems to import the file but

nothing shows up in the library. Can anyone please help me.
