Hi Dave,

You can do it using a combination of "onion skinning / edit multiple frames
" and the Inspector. People forget that the Inspector gives absolute values
for position and size.

Do the following.

1. Use Modify movie to increase the size of the movie to the required
dimensions.

2. Next - select " Onion All " ( onion skinning is superfluous to get the
end result but it helps to make sure that all the elements are selected in
further steps )

3. Turn Onion Skin on

4. Turn Edit multiple frames on

5. Next make sure that all the layers are active - i.e. Not Locked

6. Also make sure that you are on the very first frame ( not necessary but
helpful )

7. Select all

8. Position them wherever you want

Addition - If you have multiple SCENES and want to carry forward the same
registration then after step 7 ...

8. Group them

9. Position the newly created group ( all the selected elements ) them
wherever you want

10. Write down the X / Y co-ordinates from the Inspector

11. Ungroup the elements ( remember this is very important or else your
animation will go screwy )

12. Move to next scene and follow the same steps except after Step 8
grouping ) just type in the written down co-ordinates into the Inspector
and it will be pin registered with the previous scene.

This might be a tedious method but as of now I have not found out any easier
or faster way and believe me when I say so because just yesterday I had to
resize a movie and do it all across 31 scenes !!!

Hope you understand and that my steps are clearly understood , if not feel
free to email me.

Cheers and good luck

Raj
