Absolutley, which is precisely what I have to do every time I open Flash.
Working with Flash tools are like trying to design high graphics with Win95 Paint.
Its far from the power of Adobe's masterpieces. But Flash _is_ vector and thats
where problems
arise.

Along with the rest of FLash3 tools. With the introduction of MCs and "load movie"
routines
Flash is one poweful proggy, but with its girly tools its a nightmare for designers
to create anything
besides flat looking images, round gradients or "banded" imported images.

However, with all due respect, I certainly hope that MM pay more attention to much
more important things like "airbrush" tool that uses vector gradients. With this we
could almost do without channeling. We need better font handling, sound timeline
manipulation, before they focus on such small workarounds. Flash's design tools
_ARE_ one big workaround. Rounded line edges are a far cry form what we really
need.

IMHO, of course,
