3D effects in Flash are best accomplished with frame-by-frame animation, as
opposed to tweens.

However, with as simple as a shape as a cube, it may be possible to tween
objects, including the gradient fills, as long as each face of the cube is
on a
separate layer. You may find it helpful to create various rotational positions
of the cube with a 3D modeler, first, render out multiple frames to some
bitmap
format, and then import the multiple images into Flash on a layer denoted as a
Guide (so the bitmapped images do not become part of the exported SWF).

An alternate method, to both the frame-by-frame animation AND the bitmap
rendering, for simple shapes, would be to use Adobe Dimensions, though you
will
still probably need to re-apply the fills once you import the AI files into
Flash.
