FLASH: frame delays?

is there any way i can stop the movie head on a certain frame for say 3 seconds and 

then get it to automatically move on.

i have 4 slides, each with a label,

as it stands ive just inserted frames for as long as i want it to stay on a particular frame and then it moves off.

can i just have 4 keyframes with time delays?
