Subject: FLASH: bitmap format question
From: \"Charles Alexander \\\"MrA\\\"\

Happy Y2K, everyone,

I am working on a project that uses a photograph as a background. I'd
like to layer a circular logo on top of the picture, but every time I
try to import the graphic as a JPEG or BMP, I get it in a graphics box
which is a white square. Trying to import it as a GIF makes it
transparent but distorts it. The several image editors I have will not
let me get rid of the white box. Aaagh!

Is there a way to get just the logo, no box? Did I miss something in
the manual?

Thanks in advance,
Charles
