Subject: | FLASH: Beginners question |

Hi all,
I just joined this list as I have just bought Flash 4.0 and I am trying to
teach myself how to use it. I am doing pretty good so far but I have one
problem which would otherwise seem to be simple yet I cannot figure it out.
The question:
When creating a new movie how do I "fill" the background so that it is a
different color than white? I tried using the paint bucket but it does
nothing, and the paint brush paints everywhere. I mean out of the movie box
which is something I'm not used to coming from Photoshop.
I'm sure this Flash novice will have many more questions in the future if
you do not mind me asking.
Thank you for your time.
