FLASH: Netscape and IE -- Why can't they get along?

O.k. please have a look at http://funmark.com/2000/ourcompany.htm


and see what I mean.... I think this might be a table issue but becuase flash movies can not be transparent in Netscape I had to add the background image in the flash movie... for some reason it looks great in IE but in Netscape it is offset a bit... 


Any ideas?
