FLASH: Sound Compression

Hello mates, hope u are all doing fine.


I have a great sound loop i want to use for my animation, but i would like to know if any of you has any tips about how much compression could i go for so the audience won't have to sit for two hours to load, but without making it sound bad-quality.

I am currently using MP3 compression, 16kbps, mono.
