FLASH: glowing text

Ladies and gentlemen,


Is there a tutorial or a quick way to motion tween text (paint it in, or

some other means) so that it appears to gradually glow (like a halo

around the words). I haven't fiddled with it much, but have seen it in

several places, and I'm curious as to what looks realistic.
