I hope this makes sense! I am very sleepy.....
That happens to me too (and I can never figure out why) and it may just be a
Netscape glitch.
One work-around I've used is using 95% instead of 100%. I'm not sure if that
will solve your problem. Another idea is to center your .swf in a one cell
table with horizontal and vertical center tags and scale your table to be
100% horizontal and vertical
Also, don't forget to clear your browser cache, sometimes that will do the
trick!
