Sounds like your friends pc is under powered for the movie that you
created. Simply put your flash movie is too complicated for his pc to
run at a full frame rate with sound.

Check if your using too many Alpha Tweens and that there are not too
many objects on screen at the same time, these two usually slow even
powerful computers down to a crawl.
