FLASH: How do you use flash movie in Director7?

I have heard(I know I am a little behind with this) that you can use flash

movie in Director. How do you export flash to import in Director? Can you

combine the interactivity of flash with lingo? How? Any suggestions will be

HIGHLY appreciated
