Hi, I am generally quiet on this list, but hey I would like to meet
as well. There used to be a MMusers group that met at Motion Over
Time. Are they gone? Unfortunately the New York Public Library does
not have free meeting space or I'd say lets do it here. Some other
news is we're looking for a Multimedia designer. Interested parties
mail me off list. I hope I am not breaking a rule, if I am please
accept my apologies.

I'm with you Dorian. I work in Manhattan and it would be great if we
could find a place to meet, say once a month after work to share
project ideas, techniques, network, etc. It would be great if the
primary focus is Flash and the secondary is Dreamweaver, Director, etc.
seeing that most people involved with Flash use other types of
software.
Maybe there is someone on this list who either works for or owns a
company with an office in Manhattan that they would allow us to use
it one evening a month for a meeting? I know that IBM allows Linux
user groups in NYC to use its offices after work. Maybe there is
another company out there that would do the same for Flashers. I
sense that there is a good-sized Flash programming community in
the NYC area. This would be a great way to bring everyone
together.
