This happened to me recently when I dragged and dropped my image in. When i
imported it the long way it worked perfectly.

No Sir, I never deleted it.

When I downloaded the trial version it did this,
when I bought the new version cd and installed it
at work it did this, as well as when I installed
it at home.

If you have any more suggestions, I would greatly
appreciate it, thank you for writing.
