.mov as in Quicktime? You can import it into an fla, but you can't
export it as swf or call it frome a swf directly. You can
a. export the frames from the mov, import the frames into flash, and
export them as a swf,
b. import the QT, add flash3 content, and export as .mov,
c. open a new window using get url containing a QT,
d. get Director, which is designed for working with various external
media files.
