FLASH: GET URL from FLASH projector errors

I'm experimenting problems on some PCs:


I need to open external links within a Flash projetor on PC.


1st case:


I open a link on the cd,an *.htm file, with GET URL action : the browser

asks to save it.


2nd case

I GET URL an http addrees:

	a) if I have an opened browser

		it opens the url 1st time but not next times

	b)if I have no opened browsers nothing happens


It happens on a Win95 machine with IE4.0 installed ver.4.72.3110.8 but not

on a WinNT machine with same browser conntected to internet in lan.
