FLASH: movie to movie

[Quack the Duck]

Could someone please direct me to the best tuorial for one movie to talk to 

another (in a frame situation). Needing the javascript involved and the 

actions and labels etc for each movie.


I had a look at john's hawaii tute but thats a bit too  excessive.

Just the basics please.
