FLASH: Flash/Multimedia:Career Info

Greetings,

I'm somewhat new to Flash & have just joined this list.


My question: Do you have any suggestions / URLs  about making a career

change in Flash or multimedia?


Here's my dilema:

For the last year, I've been totaly stressing about career change

options. I'm currently a Library Media Specialist in public schools.

I've been designing websites & multimedia for about 3 or 4 years. I

started my own web design business & desperatly want to make a career

change into the corperate world of Multimedia and/or web development.  I

would totally prefer to enter the world of multimedia, but I worry there

aren't as many job opprotunities in the Denver area. I'm about to DIVE

into a specific niche (probably web development with Cold Fusion). I'd

so prefer to specialize in Flash, but fear I'd be struggling to find

work. HELP HELP HELP!
