You can sync multiple sound loops if you start them at the same time and
they are EXACTLY the same length. I have done it and been reasonably
satisfied, but the better job you do at getting them exactly the same
length, the better it will work. While you can easily delete a loop from
the mix (use Sync = off for that loop), you can't add a new loop to the mix
very easily.

I've found two ways of adding a new lop to the mix:

1) simply restart the whole mix with the new loop included, which will cause
a glitch in your beat.

2) make a very accurate timer set to the length of your loop (I used 2.000
second loops and made a timer that timed out at 2.000 seconds), and restart
your new mix of loops precisely on the beat with your timer.

I've come up against a couple of hurdles in trying to make a song mixer in
Flash: synching multiple sounds and setting the volume of different sounds
as they play.

Are either of these things possible in Flash? I can't see an obvious way to
accomplish either of them.

Any insight or comments greatly appreciated.
