Subject: FLASH: how to goto frame on return visit?

hi!
how can I have a user goto a fame farther down on the timeline (i.e., skip
the intro) if they have already visited the site? BUT, I want to set a time
limit (say, 1 month)...so if a particular user goes to the site repeatedy,
after a month, it WOULD play the intro (but only once a month, or possibly
after 10 visits?
