Aherm, with NT/IIS only, no? Which is far from free or even cheap;-)...
They work on

Generally poorly on Mac (is 'beta' just part of the name of the
product?;-). Interesting that Apple's showcase sites

stream (generally) smoothly on a t1 (and autodetect the ~200-300kps we
generally can rely on getting off of our 'T1') at 320x240, on Mac G3
and P3s, w/as M$'s demo sites (after having to tell them that I have a
T1) only give me 240x160 (although the image is quite clear). However,
nowhere near as elegant nor near the quality of QT4 (IMHO, anything
below 320x240 is 'why bother'...)
