FLASH: how are you using FAST!?

Could you describe how FAST! fits into your workflow?  My approach to

Actionscripting is to write a small bit, debug it in Test Movie, add to

that, test, etc.  While I was beta testing I found it cumbersome to keep

pasting from FAST! to Flash for debugging.  So you folks who really find

FAST! helpful, can you describe how you approach a project?
