FLASH: (OT) Size of html-page

Thanks for the URL tip Matthew! But I couldn't acually understand what 

they meant there (except of course the GET URL alternative, but that 

doesn't help)... Isn't there an easier way to set the size of a page in a 

WYSIWYG html-editing program..?
