Hi Julie,
When I first installed Flash 3, it crashed each time I tried to DO
anything. I went to the MM site and prowled the messages and found there
was a conflict with a communications program extension or control panel
that I happened to have at the time. It wasn't something I was actually
using anyway. After being disabled, I had no further problem of that kind.
You might squirrel around in the messages for something similar.
