FLASH: flash and beseen

Hello all,

I want to make a site (full in flash) and i want to put one of those free 

survey and chat services like beseen and parachat. I'm not into programing 

actions and my deadline is close.

My question is can i include that kind of service in a flash site and 

ofcourse how, and if there is some simple action script i'll be more than 

thankfull if you let me know it, and i would appriciate any advice on this 

topic, like which of those services is best with flash or sumthin like that
