well, personally doing the bidding, here in the midwest... it sounds a
little like what we have been doing for radio stations around here.... so
given a rough figure.... I would say $15,000 +- 3,000 + cost of any
software to serve up graphics (if they wanted generator for graphics
insurtion or such) But thats here in the Midwest... where 1. there is not
to many people who can do that kind of work, (drives price up) But 2. the
cost of living and cost of services is much lower here than some of the
other citys....
