Easy Phil, do it backwards, as in design it backwards from say a divided
circle in 8 sections. A trick I learned by accident:
The guides in Illustrator can be rotated by exact degrees........it's the
fact that you can rotate them that helped in this certain instance.
Anyway, however you make your sections of your circle, cover up the areas
you want covered and uncover them as your number go up or visa versa, which
ever strikes your fancy!
