Do you have any virtual servers that could possibly have overlapping
directories, I don't think so but...
This is one case where a look at the code involved would help but I
would recommend you try to recheck that it works with a previous version
of the flash player first if so then check your code asp side and flash
side you could be doing something like calling the flash movie from one
alias of your domain and the data or asp from another alias.
