There was a reply already about this. Your best chance is

<body leftmargin=0 topmargin=0 marginwidth=0 marginheight=0>

However, this only works in some browsers. There's nothing you can do about
the gutter in others.

i know for the html you can put for width and height "100%" and the browser
will fit the whole browser..but there will still be a "gutter" i want to
know
how to get rid of that....
