If this is "How can I change the dimensions of a SWF?" then this can be
done by changing the HEIGHT and WIDTH attributes in your HTML.
(Macromedia Flash is designed for streaming vector interactivity, and is
inherently resizable. If you make heavy use of bitmaps then you're mixing
in fixed-resolution imagery, but generally the usual media can be easily
resized, right from your HTML tags.)
