You will be able to simply import it if you have QT installed. It will sit
as an external file and still be played through the user's QT player. I
know some people import the movie as a series of Jpegs into Flash (and that
is what I am planing on doing for an upcoming project) for the sake of have
one less plug-in to worry about, but I have not tested any of the virtues or
vices yet. (Flie size issues come to mind)
