Yes, error handling on the Exchange upload page needs a little fixing.
However, the reason users have issues uploading extensions to this page is
almost always due to an error in their MXI coding. Make sure it's perfect,
or the site won't accept it.

Make sure you terminate end carats properly ("/>") and that all of your tags
are spelled correctly and closed as well.

If the MXI is fixed, you should be able to upload fine. Let us know.
