FLASH: Keeping content from breaking up

Hi,


Recently I have been having problems keeping my content from breaking up

(pausing & playing or slowing down) in flash. I have been working with Vecta

3D and 3D Studio Max to create this content. It works fine in small screen

but in big as in normal 550x400, the frames start sticking. Anything I can

do with this.
