Nice penguin, funny fish :-) All seems to work fine here (PC, IE 5.5).

One suggestion: your buttons seem to have pretty restricted hit area. Like

the 'x' for closing the news window at penguin, you actually have to get

your pointer right on the 'X'. Why don't you put a square/rectangle in the

hit state so it's easier to make mouse/button contact with the navigation

elements? It makes finding your way round much more intuitive.

Hey all,


I have a few sites up in beta form and was wondering if I 

could get a few preliminary opinions. Both sites are 

designed with 1024 x 768 and 32bit color in mind.


www.penguinx.org is about half complete and there is

a known issue. I spelled 'now' 'know' in one instance.

I'm sure there are others, as well.


www.penguinx.org/discofish/main.htm is a pre-upload

version of discofish.net, a site I am hoping to throw

online as soon as some more strips are done (you'll

see what I mean).


Admittedly, these are beta versions of the sites, but

I am anxious to get some feedback.
