Get the Flash movie to play full screen with a 4-3 aspect ratio (otherwise
you movie will look distorted), and have a video board (or external box)
that outputs an ntsc signal. Then just hit record. You may be stunned at
how bad colors can bleed and crawl on video. Stay away from very saturated
colors, and small text.
