Hi Christopher,

It is normal for Flash's quality to be reduced when processing
demands increase when quality is set to "Autohigh". Setting Quality to
High or Best will prevent this, but then the animation will slow or drop
frames when processing demands are too high.
Optomizing the bandwidth especially at the points where you are
having problems would allow the movie to stream better without either
problem.
